You can delete your Velmore Living account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Recommended- Open the Velmore Living app
- Tap Profile (bottom-right tab)
- Scroll to the very bottom
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion in the dialog
Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@velmoreliving.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your registered mobile number. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account (name, phone number, role)
- All project-related data linked to your account
- Login credentials and authentication data
What Is Retained
We may retain anonymized transaction records required by Indian financial regulations for a period of 5 years. No personally identifiable information is retained after account deletion.
