    Understand Your Vision

    We start by visiting your home — not a showroom meeting. We look at the natural light, current layout, ceiling heights, and the quirks that only show up on site. Then we ask the questions most designers skip: How many people live here? Who cooks? Do kids need a study corner? Any Vastu requirements? This first meeting costs nothing and shapes everything.

    Concept & 3D Design

    You get a full 3D walkthrough of your home before a single nail goes in. Every room. Every angle. Make changes freely at this stage — it costs nothing here. Once we move to execution, changes cost time and money. So we make sure you've seen exactly what you're getting before work begins. No surprises on Day 30

  3. 03

    Clear Budget & Material Planning

    Every line item is documented before work starts.Materials, labour, hardware, logistics, contingency — all of it. You'll see the cost of acrylic shutters vs membrane, Hettich vs local hardware, vitrified tile vs imported marble. You make the decisions. We make sure you understand the tradeoffs. No mystery charges at handover.

  4. 04

    Precision Execution

    Our in-house carpentry team and vetted contractor network handles on-site work. You get weekly WhatsApp photo updates from the site — not just when you ask. Your assigned project manager responds within 4 hours during working hours. We don't use random subcontractors who've never worked with us before

  5. 05

    Quality Checks & Finishing

    Before we call anything complete, our QC team checks every shutter alignment, every light fitting, every painted surface, every floor tile joint — against the approved 3D design. If something isn't right, it gets fixed before you see it. We don't hand over and then ask you to raise snags.

  6. 06

    Final Delivery & Support

    On handover day, we walk through the entire home with you. Room by room. Any issue you spot gets logged and resolved within 5 working days. After that, we're available for 30 days for post-handover snags. We don't disappear after payment clears. That's not how we work.

    We begin at your home. Our designer measures every room properly, notes ceiling heights, natural light angles, existing wiring and plumbing positions, and the structural realities no floor plan shows you. Builder floor plans are frequently inaccurate — actual measurements are what we design to.

  2. 02

    Concept Design & 3D Walkthrough

    Once we understand your space and priorities, our design team creates a complete 3D walkthrough of your home. Not a single room render — every room, every angle, every finish as it will actually appear. You see the exact cabinetry layouts with real dimensions.

  3. 03

    Line-Item Quotation & Material Finalization

    Once designs are approved, we provide a detailed itemised quotation instead of a lump sum, with clear costing for each element like kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and more. You also get transparent material comparisons to help you make informed decisions.

  4. 04

    Execution & On-Site Work

    Work begins once payment milestones are agreed and the first payment is received. Our in-house carpentry team handles all woodwork. Vetted civil and electrical contractors — people who have worked with us on previous projects and know our quality standards — handle the remaining trades. You don't manage multiple vendors. You manage us, and we manage everyone else.

    Quality Check & Pre-Handover Snagging

    Before we call your project complete, our quality team goes through the entire home against the approved 3D designs and the signed material schedule. We check every shutter for alignment and smooth operation, every light fitting and switch position, every painted surface for finish consistency, every tile joint for alignment and grouting quality, every hardware fitting for function.

  6. 06

    Handover & Post-Completion Support

    Handover day is a room-by-room walkthrough with your project manager. Anything you notice gets logged immediately. Everything logged is resolved within 5 working days.After that, we remain available for 30 days post-handover for any issues that emerge with regular use — a drawer that doesn't close properly, a light that flickers, a snag that wasn't visible on handover day.
